NJTrailRunners.com hosts group trail runs every Sunday. We are a group designed to promote trail running and trail maintenance in New Jersey.

We host group runs through the South Mountain and Watchung Reservations in Essex and Union Counties. Both reservations are in northern New Jersey just outside NYC. Group runs are EVERY Sunday at 9:00 am: all year, all weather, all trails. The only exception will be is if there is more than 2" of snow on the ground. We periodically host other runs, trail maintenance and fun events but the core of the group is one trail run, one location, once a week.  You should go to this; it's the best way to meet people and see what's up. Show up! 

If you are new to running or trail running, you should come out. It's fun and is great for the soul. We are not about how fast you are but more about trail running with cool, like minded people.
